Abstract
The study investigated the relationship between mobile marketing and organizational profitability at Harris International Ltd in Kampala, Uganda. Employing a descriptive correlational research design, data was collected from 82 respondents through structured questionnaires and analyzed using SPSS version 25. The findings revealed a significant positive relationship (r=0.716, p<0.01) between mobile marketing strategies and organizational profitability. The study concluded that mobile marketing initiatives, including SMS campaigns, mobile applications, social media mobile engagement, and mobile-optimized websites, substantially enhanced customer reach, engagement, conversion rates, and ultimately organizational profitability. Recommendations included diversifying mobile marketing channels, investing in personalized mobile content, integrating mobile marketing with customer relationship management systems, leveraging data analytics for targeted campaigns, and allocating adequate budgets to sustain and expand mobile marketing activities for continued profitability growth.
