The findings indicated that 86.2% of respondents reported high satisfaction with e-funds transfer services, while 82.6% noted that electronic transfer capabilities significantly influenced their banking decisions. The study found that e-funds transfer services reduced transaction time by 78.4%, enhanced convenience by 84.7%, and improved accessibility to banking services by 79.9% compared to traditional banking methods. Additionally, the research established that 81.3% of customers preferred e- funds transfer over counter services for routine transactions, with mobile money integration receiving the highest satisfaction rating (88.4%). However, 58.9% of respondents expressed concerns about transaction security, while 52.2% cited occasional system downtime as a limitation.
